Vineyard and Production A carefully curated blend of Syrah, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Malbec, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Mourvedre, grown in sandy-clay soils optimal for red varieties. Grapes are hand-selected, fermented with native yeasts and undergo natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop depth and balance without unnecessary intervention.
