By blending three complementary native varieties and allowing the grapes to hang a little longer on the vine for extra concentration, they produce a wine of real depth and warmth that still retains the freshness and vibrancy Sicily does so well. Generous, approachable and full of personality. Vineyard and Production Grapes are grown on hillside vineyards and left on the vines for a few extra days after reaching maturity to achieve greater concentration and aromatic depth. After fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in large oak barrels, developing structure, roundness and complexity while maintaining its vibrant fruit character.
