Giffard Crème de Mûre is a rich and expressive blackberry liqueur crafted in France using concentrated blackberry juice. Deep purple in colour with garnet reflections, it captures the essence of ripe fruit and delivers a bold aromatic profile. The nose opens with powerful impressions of blackberry purée and jam, evoking freshly picked berries and a touch of woodland charm. On the palate, it offers a round and pleasantly textured experience, driven by the freshness and intensity of the fruit. The flavour is dominated by juicy blackberries, with subtle hints of seed bitterness adding depth and balance to the finish. Ideal for use in cocktails such as the Bramble, or served as an aperitif with dry white, rosé, or sparkling wine, this liqueur brings both vibrancy and elegance to any serve.
