On the nose, it reveals sharp, expressive aromas with subtle walnut notes, a signature of its time under flor. The palate is dry, powerful, and well-structured, offering a long, persistent finish that combines intensity with elegance. Food match Serve slightly chilled in a small white wine glass to fully appreciate its complex bouquet. Del Duque is ideal for slow, contemplative tasting or paired with robust dishes such as seafood, rice dishes, and small game.
