Created as a tribute to Apolline Henriot’s passion for Chardonnay, this cuvée captures the grape’s purity, luminosity and layered intensity. Blending freshness with depth, it is a refined and expressive Blanc de Blancs Champagne suited to both celebration and fine dining. Meet the Producer Maison Henriot, founded in Reims in 1808, is renowned for its Chardonnay-led Champagnes that reflect precision, finesse and terroir expression. The House places blending at the heart of its philosophy, carefully selecting wines from its estate vineyards and trusted growers, many classified as Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. With a strong focus on elegance and balance, Henriot crafts Champagnes that honour tradition while expressing the individuality of each year. Production Henriot Blanc de Blancs is produced from 100% Chardonnay sourced from 12 crus, with approximately 60–80% coming from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus vineyards. The blend typically comprises 50–70% wines from the base vintage and 30–50% reserve wines, including the House’s perpetual reserve, ensuring consistency and complexity. The wine undergoes a minimum of five years ageing on the lees, developing depth and texture, with a dosage of under 8g/l to preserve freshness and precision.
