Vineyard & Production

Grapes are harvested in the early morning and placed into 10kg crates to preserve their quality. Destemming is followed by fermentation at 22–24 °C for 8–10 days with daily remontage. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously immediately after alcoholic fermentation. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness, vibrant fruit flavours, and natural intensity.
