The palate shows spice and richness, balanced by earthy undertones and a long, elegant finish. Vineyard & Terroir From a single block of old bush vines on the estate, hand-harvested and carefully selected. Winemaking Whole berry fermented with cultured biodynamic yeast in stainless steel tanks until dry. Aged for 20 months in 80% new oak.
