KI NO Bi SEI is their Navy Strength offering and is made with the same intricate production as their original Ki No Bi. Made using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories making for a another great gin to their collection. The final blend has been recalibrated by their distilling team to bring out the best of each botanical at the higher proof. The name SEI means 'power' has been chosen as this expression has evolved from their Japanese interpretation of the traditional Navy Strength style. Made with juniper, orris, hinoki, yuzu, lemon, green tea, ginger, red shiso leaves, bamboo leaves, sansho pepper and kinome. Our Perfect Pour: A good quality Indian Tonic Water like 1724 and garnish with Yuzu or any fresh citrus fruit.
