Château La Mascaronne Rosé is an elegant expression of Provençal terroir, crafted from a harmonious blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino. Its character is shaped not only by the choice of grapes but also by the region’s distinctive soils. The fruit is harvested at peak ripeness, ensuring freshness and aromatic depth. This Rosé is vibrant and approachable in its youth, perfect for immediate enjoyment, yet it also has the capacity to evolve gracefully over time. Meet the producer Château La Mascaronne focuses on producing wines that capture the essence of Provence. Through attentive vineyard management and careful winemaking, the estate brings out the region’s signature freshness, elegance, and aromatic intensity. Production Grapes are hand-picked in the early morning to retain their natural aromas. Only the best bunches are selected, both in the vineyard and at the winery. Upon arrival, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes a slow, low-temperature fermentation lasting two to three weeks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for several months to preserve its purity, finesse, and vibrant fruit character. Tasting notes The wine shows a pale, luminous peach hue with silvery reflections. The bouquet is delicate and expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus, and subtle lychee. On the palate, it is lively, balanced, and smooth, with a touch of salinity and a lingering finish filled with orchard fruit notes.
