Historical Texas label approval

2 official label approvals have the same normalised product name as this BottlePicker record. These approvals pre-date September 2021 and help check identity, stated ABV and the responsible trade name; they do not prove that the current bottle has the same formula, remains registered or is available in Texas.

Matched by exact normalised product name; no label artwork is copied. Source: Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission approved labels (opens in a new tab) via the Texas Open Data Portal. The portal does not specify a reuse licence for third-party label artwork, so BottlePicker links to the official PDF and publishes attributed factual extraction only. La Vie en Rose is a delicately crafted Dry Rose Wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Puicheric in the Languedoc Roussillon , southern France. With its pale hue, subtle brush of red fruits and a whisper of spice, it delivers a supremely balanced and food-friendly style. Designed to win over even the most sceptical drinker, this wine truly invites you to see the world through rose-tinted glasses.

Why You'll Love It

This is pale rose at its most elegant. 100% Cinsault , unoaked and crafted from carefully selected cool vineyard plots, La Vie en Rose delivers the kind of crisp, refined freshness that makes it an ideal companion for warm weather dining and al fresco entertaining. Beautifully dry, summery and perfectly balanced. Vineyard and Production. Sourced from top-quality grapes in Puicheric, where vines average 25 years of age and grow at 150 metres above sea level. Grapes are selected from the coolest vineyard plots to preserve natural acidity, and harvest takes place in the early morning during the coolest part of the day. After direct pressing in airbag presses and cold settling, fermentation proceeds at low temperatures for around two weeks. The wine is quickly separated from gross lees and kept on fine lees in stainless steel until bottling to retain maximum freshness and fruit expression.

Tasting Notes
