Les Volets Pinot Noir is a serious, elegant red wine sourced from the cool foothills of the Pyrenees in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. Handcrafted by winemaker Guillaume Létang for Boutinot , this is Pinot Noir of real finesse and regional identity, inspired by Burgundy but rooted firmly in the unique terroir of the Languedoc's highest vineyards.

Boutinot France has a long and fascinating history, beginning as a small wine importer and evolving into a producer and distributor of high-quality French wines. Committed to sourcing exceptional vineyard sites and crafting wines that reflect their terroir, the team works with HVE3-certified sustainable practices across all their estates. Vineyard and Production The Haute Vallée de l'Aude benefits from higher altitudes and cool Atlantic breezes filtered through the coastal mountains, moderating the climate and slowing grape ripening to develop complex, refined flavours with elegant structure. Inspired by Burgundy, this Pinot Noir is vinified entirely unoaked to preserve purity, finesse, and varietal character. All viticulture is sustainable, with HVE3 certification. Best served slightly cool to preserve its freshness.

Bright ruby red with upfront aromas of freshly picked raspberries and subtle savoury notes. The palate is fleshy with red fruit intensity, fine tannins, and juicy acidity, building the foundation of a well-structured, serious Pinot Noir with real elegance and length.
