Lillet Rouge is introduced as a rich and expressive French apéritif from Bordeaux, crafted from a blend of carefully selected red wines, citrus liqueurs and aromatic botanicals. Its deep ruby colour and smooth, fruit‑forward character give it a distinctive charm, offering a fuller and more robust profile than its Blanc and Rosé counterparts. Versatile and refined, it works beautifully served neat over ice, lengthened with tonic or used as a sophisticated component in cocktails that call for a rounded, gently spiced red apéritif. On the palate, Lillet Rouge delivers generous flavours of ripe dark berries, plum and sweet citrus, supported by subtle herbal notes and a touch of warming spice. Hints of vanilla, orange peel and soft tannins add depth, creating a harmonious balance between fruitiness and gentle bitterness. The aroma is inviting and aromatic, with layers of red fruit, spice and delicate floral tones. Its finish is smooth, rounded and pleasantly lingering, making it an appealing choice for sipping or mixing into elegant, wine‑based cocktails.
