Meet the producer Lunadoro emphasizes organic viticulture, carefully tending the vineyards to preserve soil health and grape integrity. Their meticulous approach ensures wines that reflect both the varietal purity and the unique terroir of Montepulciano. Production The grapes are hand-harvested within the first ten days of October. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in French oak tonneaux (20 and 30 hl) for at least 24 months.
