This full-bodied Cabernet showcases the winery’s signature style—bold, fruit-forward, and beautifully structured. The winery’s philosophy combines meticulous vineyard selection, minimal intervention winemaking, and innovative oak management to create wines that are rich, complex, and ready to enjoy. Production Grapes underwent fermentation on the skins before barrel fermentation to seamlessly integrate oak characteristics. The wine was then matured in a blend of 89% American oak and 11% French oak, with 34% new, 53% first-year, and 13% second-year barrels. Malolactic fermentation was applied to enhance texture and mouthfeel. No fining agents were used. Tasting notes The wine displays deep red and purple hues with a complex, layered aroma. Cherry and blackberry notes are complemented by subtle hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha.
