Produced with traditional copper pot and column stills then matured in American Whiskey casks. Notes of vanilla, banana, spice and caramel. Black Barrel , the double cask blend that is intense and aromatic after being finished in deeply charred bourbon casks. Notes of wood, butter, dried fruits and spice. XO , the triple cask blend which is made in small batches using rum aged in American Whiskey, Bourbon and Cognac casks. Notes of vanilla, oak and dry spice.
