Production Dão Rótulo Tinto 2020 is a carefully blended red made from classic local varieties, grown on granitic soils at altitude. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeasts, followed by maturation in large neutral vats to preserve freshness, vibrancy and authenticity.
