Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth is recognised as a benchmark French vermouth, crafted in the coastal town of Marseillan using a traditional method that allows the wines to mature slowly in the open air. This process gives it a distinctive depth and elegance, resulting in a dry, aromatic style that has become a favourite among bartenders and home mixologists. Its pale golden colour and refined herbal character make it an essential ingredient for classic cocktails such as the Dry Martini, while its crisp, savoury profile also lends itself beautifully to sipping chilled or using in culinary dishes. On the palate, Noilly Prat Dry offers a clean, bracing dryness supported by subtle layers of herbs, citrus and gentle spice. Notes of chamomile, green apple, lemon zest and Mediterranean botanicals create a bright and refreshing flavour, balanced by a delicate salinity from its seaside ageing. The aroma is lifted and aromatic, with hints of fresh herbs, floral tones and a touch of oak from its time in casks. The finish is long, dry and impeccably balanced, making it a versatile and sophisticated vermouth that enhances both cocktails and food pairings.
