Distilled at Nantou Distillery and aged in carefully selected ex‑sherry casks, it develops a generous character that balances sweetness, spice and fruit with an inviting, full‑bodied warmth. The result is a whisky that reflects both the craftsmanship of the distillery and the influence of its climate, offering a style that is bold, rounded and immediately engaging. The aroma opens with dried fruits, dark cherries and raisins, lifted by notes of toffee, polished oak and a gentle nuttiness from the sherry casks.
