Sustainability is central to everything they do, from eco-friendly vineyard practices to solar-powered refrigeration in the cellar, all under the guidance of oenologist Roques Stephane.

Picpoul de Pinet is one of the great underrated whites of southern France, and Ornezon is a benchmark example. Bracing, zesty, and mouth-wateringly fresh, it delivers everything you want from the variety: vibrant citrus, bright acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish that makes it one of the most food-friendly whites around. Night harvesting to protect the delicate aromatics, lees ageing for added richness, and solar-powered production make this a wine you can feel good about drinking, too.
Vineyard & Production
The vineyards are planted on elevated sites with clay and limestone soils in the Florensac terroir, farmed sustainably without chemical intervention. To protect the grapes' delicate aromatics, harvesting takes place at night when temperatures are cooler, preventing oxidation and preserving fruit integrity. After gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures using cultured yeasts. The wine is then aged on fine lees with regular stirring to enhance richness and roundness. Natural pest management and solar-powered refrigeration complete a genuinely green production process.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green hues. Aromas of grapefruit and citrus leap from the glass, fresh and vibrant, leading to a palate of bracing citrus and ripe stone fruit. Bright acidity ensures a clean, mouth-watering finish that is as refreshing as it is versatile.
