Winemaking

The Prosecco is crafted using temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by the Charmat method to capture the naturally produced CO₂ and deliver its signature lively sparkle. This careful handling preserves the delicate aromatics and hallmark freshness of the Glera grape. Tasting Note A classic northern Italian sparkler, brimming with fragrant pear aromas and a palate of succulent apple and pear. Gently foamy and light, the finish is crisp, delicate, and refreshing.
