The Cielo family’s estate, located in the prestigious Friuli Grave DOC, is renowned for producing high-quality white and sparkling wines. Winemaking

Meticulous grape selection is followed by soft pressing, with fermentation using a combination of yeasts and partial malolactic fermentation. The wine rests on noble lees and is aged in stainless steel before a minimum of three months in bottle to develop complexity and freshness.
