Primordial Soup Red is the red counterpart to their White Blend, sharing the same philosophy: great fruit, careful winemaking, and a touch of ingenuity. Inspired by the illustrations of German naturalist Ernst Haeckel and the ancient maritime caves of Pinnacle Point, this is a wine that combines history, science, and art in every glass. A portion of the blend is passed through a spinning cone column to gently reduce alcohol while retaining aromatic intensity, producing a wine that is genuinely refreshing without sacrificing character. Vineyard and Production Cinsault and Shiraz grapes are harvested from the Western Cape and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation is carefully controlled, followed by malolactic fermentation.
