The 25-year-old vines, grown at over 600 metres on sandy granitic soils with clay deposits, yield fruit of exceptional aromatic intensity and minerality. Vineyard & Production

Grapes are harvested from steep, terraced vineyards and gently pressed to preserve purity. Fermentation takes place in 35-hectolitre French oak foudres, followed by four months of lees ageing before bottling. Intervention is kept to a minimum throughout, allowing the terroir and the variety to speak for themselves.

Tasting Notes

Lemon-coloured with golden highlights, the nose is expressive and layered — lemon zest, ripe stone fruit, and fennel lead, with a distinctive saline edge that speaks to the granitic soils. On the palate, the wine is textural and fruit-forward, with a long, mineral finish that lingers with real elegance.
