Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Midleton Distillery, and matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, it delivers the full, uncompromising character of one of the world's most celebrated single pot still Irish whiskies.
