This 2023 Saint-Véran is fresh, bright and beautifully balanced, with citrus, pear and subtle almond notes leading into a clean, mineral finish. It’s classic southern Burgundy—silky, relaxed and refined without being heavy. It's brilliant with grilled prawns, lemon-roast chicken, creamy mushroom pasta or a simple goat cheese salad.
