"30% whole bunch, raised in three 300-litre barrels, none new after a touch of acidification during fermentation. Long a fan of her 1er cru Savigny, we were keen to try Janes’s first village level wine from the appellation and were not disappointed. Bright, red fruit and rose petal nose.
