Production

Harvesting is carried out at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness, followed by gentle pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, ensuring a fine mousse and vibrant aromatics while maintaining the integrity of the organic fruit.
