Quinces are distinctive golden-yellow pome fruit, reminiscent of pears in appearance yet far more aromatic. The fruit is slowly infused in our pure apple spirit with just a touch of sugar, creating a crisp, vibrant liqueur with an appealing astringency and remarkable depth of flavour.
