Aroma is spicy, citrus and peppery, the palate dry and refreshing with crisp bitterness, hints of ginger and a short finish. Sayzon features a variety of grain alongside refreshing hops, citrus peel, ginger and spices. Sayzon is a farmhouse style of beer brewed in the spring to slake the thirst of harvest workers toiling under the hot summer sun. Saison or 'Farmhouse Ale' is the term used for beer style that was produced on the farms of Wallonia in southern Belgium.
