Strucchi Vermouth Rosso is a richly aromatic Italian vermouth that brings together depth, warmth, and a beautifully balanced blend of botanicals. Its deep ruby‑amber colour hints at the complexity within, while the aroma opens with notes of dried citrus peel, warm spices, and subtle herbal tones that feel both traditional and inviting. On the palate, it offers a smooth, rounded sweetness supported by layers of bitter orange, vanilla, cinnamon, and gentle alpine herbs. The bitterness is measured and refined, giving structure without overshadowing the wine’s natural richness. The finish is long, spiced, and pleasantly bittersweet, leaving a lingering warmth that makes it especially satisfying. In cocktails, Strucchi Vermouth Rosso shines for its versatility and character. It adds depth and aromatic complexity to classics such as the Negroni, Manhattan, and Americano, where its blend of sweetness and spice integrates seamlessly with bold spirits. It also works beautifully in lighter aperitivo serves, pairing well with soda or tonic for a refreshing, low‑alcohol drink that still carries plenty of flavour. When enjoyed neat or over ice, it reveals its layers slowly, offering a smooth, contemplative sipping experience. Strucchi Vermouth Rosso appeals to those who appreciate a vermouth with personality, craftsmanship, and a clear sense of Italian tradition. Its balance of sweetness, spice, and herbal bitterness makes it a reliable and expressive addition to any drinks collection, whether used for mixing or savoured on its own.
