Fresh, aromatic and elegantly structured, this is a wine of real character and distinction at a very approachable price. Rkatsiteli is their signature white variety, one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the world, and this 2024 expression is a beautifully fresh and textured example of why the variety is beloved by sommeliers and wine lovers worldwide. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from Kakheti vineyards planted on alluvial soils, benefiting from the region's continental climate. Fruit is hand-harvested from vines averaging 18 years of age. After pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16 to 18 degrees, with a brief maceration to enhance flavour. The wine is then left on its lees for four months with regular batonnage, adding texture and complexity. Tasting Notes Bright aromas of orchard fruit, citrus and white flowers on the nose.
