Founded to capture the essence of south-western France, Terres Fidèles focuses on small-batch, authentically made wines that reflect the remarkable landscapes, unique soils, and dedicated growers of the Roussillon region — from the Pyrénées foothills to the Mediterranean coast. Old-vine Grenache and Carignan from schist soils at 240–280m altitude, wild-fermented and unoaked, with a Coup de Coeur award to its name. Vines are cultivated organically at the natural limits of each location, unforced and wild. Grapes are hand-harvested slightly earlier than typical for the region to preserve freshness, then wild-fermented with minimal intervention and matured in small concrete vats with no oak, allowing the purity and terroir of Roussillon to shine through.
