Finish: A prolonged finish of zesty lemons and tingling cask char.. Very limited availability. Released on 30th June 2025.. Alex's Tasting Note: Peach, ripe mango and butter on the nose with a malty biscuit thread running throughout. Smooth but very characterful in the mouth with toffee, citrus and cacao - there is an attractive lemony streak that delivers a real freshness. A drop or two of water softens the alcohol and lifts the aromas - a well crafted blend with complexity to intrigue the mind and tongue.. The London Distillery Company was established in 2011 as London’s first new whisky distillery for over a century.
