With meticulous organic viticulture and a focus on purity, freshness, and balance, their wines consistently stand shoulder to shoulder with the greatest sweet wines of Bordeaux and beyond. Production While this wine could qualify as Sélection de Grains Nobles , it is not always aged for the full 18 months required before release. With around 140g/l residual sugar, it achieves richness without heaviness, thanks to Tirecul’s hallmark acidity which keeps the palate fresh, lifted, and endlessly drinkable.
