Production This red is a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Shiraz. Each variety is harvested carefully and fermented separately to preserve its character before maturation in seasoned oak. The wine is aged to integrate the tannins, enhance structure and achieve a harmonious, full-bodied style.
