This sparkling wine, dominated by Pinot Noir (at least 75 per cent), showcases red berries, wild strawberries and redcurrants, with hints of flowers and citrus, and subtle notes of marzipan. Situated at an altitude of 650–700 metres overlooking the Sarca, a tributary of the Po which feeds into Lake Garda, Levii's high-altitude vineyards are harvested by hand and vinified using the Metodo Classico (Champagne method) with absolute precision. This expertise, born of a blend of modern and traditional techniques, is reflected on the palate: crisp, taut and rich, with the freshness and minerality typical of mountain limestone soils.
