A blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, made in the traditional method and matured on its lees for 12 to 18 months, well beyond the 9-month AOP minimum, this is a Crémant of real finesse, freshness, and depth. AOP rules require a minimum of 9 months on the lees; this wine spends 12 to 18 months quietly maturing, building texture, complexity, and a beautifully rounded finish. Winemaker: Daniel Gerold.
