Boutinot has worked with trusted growers in Argentina for almost twenty years, sourcing top-quality fruit from the country's finest vineyard sites. Their approach is one of honest, minimal-intervention winemaking that showcases the purity and intensity of Malbec , Argentina's flagship grape, without compromise. Vineyard and Production Sourced from vineyards planted at over 1,000 metres above sea level in Mendoza , the high altitude allows Malbec to ripen slowly, developing rich, concentrated flavours while preserving its signature floral aromatics.
