Their approach is one of honest, minimal-intervention winemaking that showcases the purity and intensity of Malbec , Argentina's flagship grape, without compromise. Vineyard and Production Sourced from vineyards planted at over 1,000 metres above sea level in Mendoza , the high altitude allows Malbec to ripen slowly, developing rich, concentrated flavours while preserving its signature floral aromatics. Winemaking is deliberately gentle, using light extraction to highlight juicy blackcurrant and red berry fruit while protecting the violet lift that makes this variety so alluring.
