Named after the Ungava Peninsula, located at the northern tip of Quebec, Canada, it greets the nose with aromas of peppermint tea, pine, and a hint of lemon curd, with floral wafts of white flowers developing. On the palate, it offers sweet summer berries with a trace of fig, while spicy notes of juniper lie at its core.
