Vineyard & Production

Around half of the wine is aged in French oak, adding subtle layers of toast and spice without overpowering the varietal expression.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with green highlights. Inviting aromas of apricot, white peach and quince jelly, complemented by hints of fresh salted butter, vanilla and toasted brioche. Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with flavours of stone fruit, citrus zest and a touch of coffee and spice. Well-integrated acidity provides lift and balance, while the finish is long and savoury, developing beautifully in the glass.
