Von Siebenthal Carmenere Gran Reserva is an elegant expression of Chilean Carmenere, grown in the Aconcagua Valley, where the combination of coastal breezes and Andes foothills provides ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. The vineyard terraces offer excellent drainage and exposure, producing grapes with intense colour, refined tannins, and complex aromatics.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before undergoing fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15–20 days. Post-fermentation, the wine is matured in French oak barrels for 14–16 months, enhancing structure and complexity while allowing the rich fruit profile to shine.
