Made primarily from Mourvèdre, it follows a natural, minimal‑intervention philosophy, resulting in a rosé that is elegant, savoury, and distinctly Mediterranean in style. Producer Waterkloof is known for its commitment to biodynamic farming, hand‑harvesting, and gentle, gravity‑fed winemaking. The Circumstance range reflects the estate’s focus on terroir expression and purity. Cape Coral Rosé has become one of their signature wines, celebrated for its finesse, texture, and Provençal‑inspired character. Tasting Notes Pale salmon‑pink in colour, the wine opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, peach skin, rose petals, and subtle herbal notes.
