The nose opens with baked apple, honeyed malt and toasted nuts, followed by hints of sea breeze, chamomile and dry sherry. The palate is bold and textured, offering stewed orchard fruit, caramelised sugar, almond, white pepper and a subtle savoury note from the Manzanilla influence.
