Crafted by pioneering winemaker Marilyn Lasserre, who has played a key role in revitalising Languedoc's wines since returning to France in 2008, this rosé showcases elegance, expressiveness, and regional authenticity.

Carefully pressed with only the finest juices selected. After a 24-hour settling period, the clear juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13-15°C for 15 days. The wine then ages on its fine lees for at least five months to enhance texture, aroma, and complexity before bottling.
