This exceptional white spirit is produced in small batches using sustainable farming practices, making it a prized acquisition for forward-thinking mixologists and serious spirits collectors alike. Specifically engineered to retain maximum structural integrity when mixed, this robust liquid provides an electrifying, uncompromising backbone for the definitive caipirinha, as well as complex, contemporary tiki and sour style serves. The aromatic profile opens with a powerful, hyper-fresh bouquet of raw sugarcane, freshly cut grass, green apples, and a fascinating, earthy layer of sea salt and white pepper. On the palate, this artisanal spirit delivers an intense, multi-layered explosion of flavour where the natural sweetness of sugarcane juice is expertly balanced by savoury herbal undertones and a bright, citrusy acidity. The tasting experience is characterised by its impressive texture and full-bodied weight, concluding with a remarkably long, dry finish that leaves a persistent trail of warming spice, vegetal complexity, and a clean, mineral crispness. The brand represents a multi-generational legacy of liquid artistry, drawing upon a century of family distilling expertise in the fertile lands of Paraná to redefine the global perception of sugarcane spirits. Working in tandem with master blenders, the producers combine traditional copper pot distillation with cutting-edge sustainable agriculture, ensuring that every harvest respects the natural biodiversity of the region. By championing a bridge between ancestral Brazilian craftsmanship and modern luxury mixology, the producer delivers a benchmark spirit that stands as a striking symbol of regional pride and pure, unadulterated distillation mastery.
