Matured in a combination of first‑fill PX sherry butts and refill PX hogsheads, it delivers a bold, indulgent character while remaining true to the distillery’s coastal roots. The whisky opens with aromas of sticky dates, raisins and gentle peat, creating an inviting balance of dried fruit richness and soft smoke. The palate follows with layers of dark dried fruit, warm treacle toffee and a distinctive thread of coastal brine, all wrapped in the dense sweetness of PX sherry influence.
