The nose opens with aromas of strawberry cheesecake, tangy fruit salad, and a hint of candy floss, followed by crème brûlée, milky coffee, and vanilla buttercream, then ginger snaps and soft woody tannins. On the palate, ancient oak furniture and damp malt interplay with generous servings of melted toffee, subtly sharp green apple, and cooking chocolate, complemented by black cherries and marmalade for a tart sweetness.
