Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, an international variety originating from France, this wine has adapted perfectly to the continental climate and high-altitude vineyards of Rueda. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16ºC, ensuring a fresh, clean, and vibrant expression of the variety.
