Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a combination of wooden and stainless steel vats, with a maceration period of approximately 18 days to extract colour, structure and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged for 16 months in a blend of 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrels, building texture and depth while preserving the vibrant fruit at its core.
