This is Southern Rhone white wine at its most considered and rewarding. Vineyard and Production Grapes are hand-picked in the early morning for gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation. Just under a third of the wine is vinified and matured in French oak barrels, mostly third fill with some new, for six months to provide additional texture and structure.
